The Role – Assistant Night Manager
As our Assistant Night Manager, you’ll take the lead in overseeing hotel operations during the night shift. Your responsibilities include:

Maintaining hotel security and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Supporting the Night Manager and directing the Night Auditor to complete nightly auditing processes of revenue and expenses.

Driving hotel revenue and profit goals through timely follow-ups and actions.

Covering overnight shifts, including weekends, with occasional day shifts as required.

Proficiency in IT applications and hotel management systems.
Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor in Hotel Management preferred.

First Aid Certificate.

Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Night Auditor or Front Desk experience required.
