The Role – Assistant Night Manager
As our Assistant Night Manager, you’ll take the lead in overseeing hotel operations during the night shift. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining hotel security and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

• Supporting the Night Manager and directing the Night Auditor to complete nightly auditing processes of revenue and expenses.

• Driving hotel revenue and profit goals through timely follow-ups and actions.

• Covering overnight shifts, including weekends, with occasional day shifts as required.

• Proficiency in IT applications and hotel management systems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor in Hotel Management preferred.

• First Aid Certificate.

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

• Night Auditor or Front Desk experience required.
