We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to enhance our creative culinary team and curate memorable gastronomic experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior chefs while guiding and training junior chefs.
  • Assist in food preparation, adhering to our ethos of minimal to zero food wastage.
  • Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, contributing creative ideas.
  • Maintain high-quality standards during busy service.
  • Foster positive relationships between back of house and front of house.
  • Uphold HACCP standards and impeccable hygiene practices.
  • Accommodate “off the menu” guest requests with flexible alternatives.
  • Stay updated with menu developments and production techniques.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within a bustling kitchen.
  • Passion for creating high-quality dishes that delight guests.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High standards of hygiene, grooming, and presentation.
  • Flexible work ethic to cover a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
