About the Role:

As Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional food and service to our guests. You’ll work across different sections of the kitchen, support junior team members, and uphold our core values of Passion, Accountability, Integrity, and Respect in everything you do.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and serve dishes to a high standard—taste, presentation, and timing

• Maintain excellent knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and kitchen operations

• Assist in the training and guidance of kitchen staff

• Minimise waste and follow correct storage procedures

• Maintain cleanliness and care of kitchen equipment

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

• Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef and F&B team

• Participate in briefings, meetings, and training sessions

• Handle guest requests with flexibility and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant environment

• A passion for food and hospitality

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• A team player with great communication and leadership qualities

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
