Role Description:

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in our culinary team, assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes across our various dining outlets. You will work closely with our Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain standards, innovate menus, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times.
• Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared.
• Assist with menu planning and development under the guidance of the Executive Chef.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certificate or diploma in culinary arts or relevant field is a plus.
