The Firehouse Bar & Restaurant is currently seeking an enthusiastic and qualified casual Commis Chef to join our kitchen brigade.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated with exceptional cooking skills and a passion for the hospitality industry. The position covers a multitude of shifts and provides great opportunities for the successful applicant to be trained across all facets of the kitchen operation!

• Certificate III Commercial Cookery with trade experience.
• Experience – Hotel restaurant experience is a bonus!
