What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard across various kitchen sections
• Leading and supporting Commis Chefs and Cooks in your section
• Assisting in the development of new menu items and daily specials
• Maintaining strict food hygiene and safety standards
• Managing portion control, waste reduction, and overall kitchen efficiency
• Ensuring accurate use of the POS system and minimising equipment damage or loss
• Providing exceptional service and flexibility in meeting guest requests
• Collaborating with the Executive Chef and kitchen leadership team to deliver consistent, quality cuisine
• Contributing ideas during briefings and meetings to improve service and guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Demi Chef or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up
• A passion for food, innovation, and delivering high-quality dishes
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Sound knowledge of kitchen operations, safety, and hygiene practices
• A genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences
