About You:

  • A proud Brand Ambassador with local knowledge that dazzles.

  • Living in the area, or ready to embrace the Sunshine Coast lifestyle.

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ready to take charge.

  • A natural leader who inspires teams to achieve great results.

  • An effective communicator, both spoken and written.

  • Professional and personable, with a can-do attitude that lights up the room.

  • Opera experience is a plus!

  • Equipped with sound judgment, making calm decisions under pressure.

  • Ready to hold or obtain a First Aid certificate and RSA Certificate.

This role is responsible for completing the nightly audit process, preparing accurate revenue reports, maintaining financial controls, and delivering a high standard of guest service in line with IHG brand standards. You will manage front office duties overnight, respond to guest enquiries, support safety and security procedures, and ensure clear handovers to day teams. This position primarily covers overnight shifts, including weekends, and is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, confidence working independently, and a passion for hospitality.
