About You:

  • A proud Brand Ambassador with local knowledge that dazzles.

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ready to take charge.

  • An effective communicator, both spoken and written.

  • Professional and personable, with a can-do attitude that lights up the room.

  • Opera experience is a plus!

  • Equipped with sound judgment, making calm decisions under pressure.

  • Ready to hold or obtain a First Aid certificate and RSA Certificate.

About the role We are looking for a passionate and motivated Cook to join our Food & Beverage team at Holiday Inn & Suites Sunshine Coast. Reporting to the Duty Manager, you will play an important role in supporting the kitchen operation by maintaining high standards of food preparation, cleanliness, hygiene, stock control and food safety. You'll work collaboratively across departments to help deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring compliance with IHG standards, policies and procedures and all relevant health and safety regulations.
