In 2022 Vista Hospitality Group opened two new hotels in Brisbane CBD. The first to open was voco™ Brisbane City Centre which offers 194 guest rooms, 11 meetings rooms, 2 F&B outlets, a Fitness Centre & Rooftop Pool. Soon to follow was the Hotel Indigo Brisbane City Centre with 212-rooms and the incredible new Izakaya Publico Restaurant and Bar 1603.

Hotel Indigo Brisbane is seeking passionate and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendants. You will help in creating an exciting, innovative, and memorable hotel experience for all guests whilst working with a well-rounded and highly motivated F&B team. You have a passion for all things hospitality and love making genuine human connections and contributing to awesome guest experiences.

Position Requirements:

• Love & live the brand and be a great ambassador of Indigo hotels.
• Greet & seat guests and patrons.
• Set up and pack up function rooms ensuring guidelines are followed. 
• Anticipate guests needs and desires and proactively and positively assist with special occasions and dietary requirements.
• Adhere to all food & general safety & hygiene legislation and procedures.
• You’ll respond quickly and attentively to guest requests and needs, ensuring that our guests have a great experience every time.
• Action all incidental food & beverage / outlet activities & tasks.
• Assist other departments as required. 

You will possess:

• Minimum 6 months experience required.
• Passion for all things food, wine and service.
• Must be able to carry three plates.
• A valid QLD RSA is required.
• The ability to multitask and keep up with a busy pace.
• Previous experience in similar role would be advantageous.
• The ability to move tables & chairs for room set ups comfortably.
• Professional verbal communication skills and strong eye for detail.
• Impeccable hygiene, grooming and presentation. 
• Flexibility to work over 7 days, including weekends & public holidays. 
• Experience with Japanese food or drinks is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills is a must.
