Role Overview:

We are seeking passionate restaurant professionals who excel in delivering service excellence and possess a deep understanding of food and beverage. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will engage guests with warmth and expertise, enhancing their dining experience through your knowledge of our cuisine and beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome guests, ensuring their comfort and fostering a personal connection.
  • Provide detailed and passionate descriptions of dishes and beverages.
  • Artfully upsell to enhance guest experiences, demonstrating your enthusiasm for our offerings.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of produce, beverages, and cuisine.
  • Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs, including special occasions and dietary requirements.
  • Maintain impeccable hygiene and food safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end dining environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service; familiarity with Coastal Italian cuisine is advantageous.
  • Valid Victorian RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • Impeccable grooming, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • WSET certification is preferred.
