What You'll Do:

  • Guest Service: Deliver exceptional service by greeting and assisting guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Order Management: Efficiently take and deliver food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
  • Dining Setup: Prepare and maintain dining areas to high standards, creating a clean and inviting environment.
  • Menu Knowledge: Provide guests with detailed information about our menu offerings and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Team Coordination: Work seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: Previous experience in food and beverage service is advantageous but not required; a passion for hospitality and service excellence is essential.
  • Customer Focus: Strong commitment to creating positive guest experiences and delivering high-quality service.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Presentation: High standards of personal appearance and professionalism.

You will oversee the restaurant and bar team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, high standards of service, hygiene, and safety, while managing costs, staff development, and operational efficiency. This role includes collaborating with the Executive Chef on events and promotions, handling guest inquiries and complaints, optimizing manpower, and maintaining financial and operational controls. The ideal candidate has proven experience in restaurant or hotel F&B management, strong leadership and communication skills, commercial awareness, and the flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
