Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team in the Firehouse Restaurant and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will work across our F&B outlets and events, providing high-quality service, maintaining operational standards, and assisting colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with a smile, delivering consistent, high-quality service.

• Set up and prepare outlets prior to service, ensuring all equipment and accessories are ready.

• Assist colleagues during busy periods to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Follow Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and all hotel procedures for cash, stock, and security.

• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and functionality of F&B outlets and equipment.

• Support events and functions in coordination with the F&B Team.

• Report maintenance requirements and contribute to cost-saving and sustainability initiatives.

About You

• 2 years restaurant and/or hotel experience is required.

• Ability to carry 3 plates and demonstrate table service.

• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

• AHA Hygiene Certificate or similar is required. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Flexible, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

• Attention to detail, positive attitude, and teamwork mindset.
