Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept):

• Lead with Flair: As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll orchestrate daily service with a touch of magic, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a memory.
• Craft the Experience: Develop and refine our SOPs to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience, from a casual brunch to a sophisticated evening event.
• Inspire and Motivate: Be the guiding star for our F&B team, nurturing talent and fostering a culture of excellence and fun.
• Innovate and Elevate: Bring fresh ideas to the table, solve challenges with creativity, and ensure our operations exceed expectations.

Who You Are:

• An Experienced Innovator: With at least a year in a high-energy, contemporary F&B environment, you’ve got the skills to lead and inspire.
• A Communicative Maestro: Your communication skills are as sharp as your organizational prowess, making you a standout leader and problem solver.
• A Tech-Savvy Trendsetter: Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Hotel Management software, you’re ready to embrace the latest in hospitality technology.
• A Certified Champion: Holding or willing to obtain First Aid and Food Safety Supervisor certificates, with RSA and Approved Manager RMLV License highly regarded.
