In this role, as Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the Outlets Manager to oversee daily service operations, inspire and guide our front of house team, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences. You’ll bring a balance of operational excellence, financial acumen, and people leadership, ensuring our guests enjoy memorable dining while supporting the growth and success of the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support the service team to deliver warm, professional, and consistent service
  • Oversee restaurant, lounge, bar, and in-room dining operations with a hands-on approach
  • Drive guest satisfaction by anticipating needs, resolving concerns, and creating memorable experiences
  • Support financial targets through accurate staffing, stock management, and promotional initiatives
  • Coach, train, and develop team members to grow their skills and confidence
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times
  • Collaborate with the Outlets Manager and Executive Chef to deliver innovative dining concepts and promotions

About You

  • Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, bar, or hotel food and beverage setting
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • A passion for hospitality with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and financially astute with solid administrative skills
  • Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment

As well as devoting our wine offering primarily to producers who are similarly committed to sustainability.
