Food and Beverage Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Food and Beverage operations, collaborating closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure seamless service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Cultivate a team culture focused on culinary enjoyment and hospitality excellence.
• Drive revenue through effective upselling techniques while maintaining high service standards.
• Foster strong relationships with guests, team members, and senior management.
• Support staff rostering, training, and development initiatives, promoting a positive work environment and achieving team excellence.
• Set and achieve targets aligned with company strategy, continually enhancing product knowledge and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hospitality experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge and passion for food, wine, and service; experience with relevant cuisines preferred.
• Valid Victorian RSA and food handling certificate.
• Impeccable grooming, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including weekends and public holidays.
