The voco Auckland City Centre is one of Auckland’s newest hotels, and we’re excited to offer a unique Food & Beverage experience. Whether it’s sipping sophisticated cocktails at Bar Albert on level 38 or enjoying Italian classics at Mozzarella & Co. on the ground floor, we’re all about offering our guests a memorable experience. And we’re looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team and take our service to the next level.

This role will be working on a 7-day, 24-hour roster, 30 hours per week minimum to a maximum of 55 hours per week. The hourly wage for this role is $30.30 per hour.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise the Food & Beverage team, ensuring a consistent and exceptional guest experience.

• Ensure timely, high-quality service across various outlets, including daily breakfast, conference and event services, and evening bar service.

• Motivate and develop your team, helping them achieve goals and upselling targets.

• Communicate effectively with guests and team members, remaining adaptable and clear.

• Maintain a sharp eye for detail, adhering to processes that guarantee consistency in service.

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in Food & Beverage, with a minimum of 3 months in a leadership or supervisory role. Hotel experience is preferred.

• A professional, personable attitude with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality.

• Ability to stay calm under pressure, making quick, collected decisions.
