At Connect Hospitality, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Queenstown, we’re looking for a passionate and service-oriented Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing excellent guest service in the Great Room, preparing and serving food and drinks, and maintaining a welcoming, clean, and efficient dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and friendly service to all guests in the Great Room.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages in line with brand standards and RSA regulations.

• Ensure accuracy in cash handling and follow standard procedures.

• Support with stock control, deliveries, and minimising waste.

• Set up and maintain buffet, meeting room, and dining areas.

• Respond to guest needs, resolve concerns, and escalate when necessary.

• Collaborate with kitchen and other departments to ensure a smooth service experience.

• Adhere to WHS, hygiene, and food safety procedures.

What we’re looking for:

• A positive, energetic attitude with a passion for hospitality.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• A valid NZ LCQ or knowledge of RSA regulations preferred.
