Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team at Hotel Indigo Sydney Potts Point. In this role, you will oversee daily Front Office operations, drive exceptional guest experiences, and cultivate a positive, high-performing team culture. Working closely with the Hotel Manager and Rooms Division leaders, you will play a key role in achieving guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the Front Office team to deliver personalised, Indigo-branded service

Oversee day-to-day Front Office operations, including Duty Management and Night Operations

Drive guest satisfaction and loyalty through strong service standards and IHG One Rewards recognition

Maintain presentation and brand standards across all guest-facing areas

Manage room inventory, reservations, VIP arrivals, and interdepartmental communication

Monitor Front Office costs, revenue opportunities, and financial controls

Ensure compliance with safety, security, emergency, and WH&S requirements

Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance development of team members

Work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Front Office Manager within a hotel environment

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams

Passion for guest experience and lifestyle hospitality

Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

Ability to remain calm and decisive in a fast-paced environment

Pre-opening experience highly regarded
