We're looking for a Handyperson who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help us keep our hotel running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone with a can-do attitude and a knack for fixing things from patching walls to replacing light bulbs and keeping our spaces safe and well-maintained.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Carrying out general repairs and maintenance across the hotel
• Responding promptly to guest maintenance requests
• Supporting the team with preventative maintenance tasks
• Coordinating with external contractors when needed
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and IHG brand standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a similar maintenance or handyperson role (hotel or commercial setting preferred)
• Good communication and time management skills
• Basic knowledge of OH&S and building safety practices
• Physically fit and able to lift, bend, climb ladders, and operate tools
• Proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach to work

Bonus Points If You:

• Have a trade qualification or previous handyman experience
• Understand property maintenance schedules
• Are committed to creating safe and welcoming environments for guests
