We are seeking a motivated and guest-focused Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. This overnight role is essential to delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the smooth operation of hotel systems, financial processes and overnight services.

About the Role

As our Night Auditor, you will be the welcoming face of the hotel during overnight hours, supporting guests, completing night audit processes and maintaining the highest standards of service, security and presentation. 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional approach
  • Complete check-ins, check-outs and overnight guest requests
  • Assist Night Managers with night audit procedures and balance daily financial transactions
  • Process payments accurately in line with accounting, PCI and cash handling standards
  • Upsell late check-outs, room upgrades, stay extensions and minibar items
  • Maintain front desk presentation and lobby standards overnight
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries and concerns
  • Maintain guest confidentiality, key control and security procedures
  • Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure smooth overnight operations
  • Participate in training and development activities

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Experience with Infor PMS or similar hotel systems preferred
  • Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
  • A positive, friendly and guest-focused attitude
  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts
