  • Manage costs and drive profitability, focusing on food, beverage, and labour
  • Handle administrative tasks including stock control, purchasing, and equipment maintenance
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations
  • Drive team performance and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment
  • Partner with our Chef Consultant and General Manager to develop menus and promotions
  • Be the go-to person for guest queries and feedback, always aiming to exceed expectations
  • Support interdepartmental collaboration to ensure seamless service delivery

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a similar restaurant or F&B leadership role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and guest engagement abilities
  • A solid understanding of hospitality operations, cost controls, and compliance standards
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude with a genuine love for hospitality
  • Availability to work a flexible roster including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a vibrant, supportive, and inclusive team
  • Work in a boutique hotel where creativity and individuality are encouraged
  • Enjoy staff benefits including hotel discounts, training opportunities, and career development pathways
