About the role
We are looking for a talented individual to join our team and contribute to our growth and success. Working closely with the General Manager you will lead and manage the Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance teams for the hotel. You will develop customer service strategies and deliver exceptional guest experiences while managing costs, quality, and team performance. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with a passion guest service excellence and the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
This is a permanent full-time position with a minimum guaranteed hours of 40 per week.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop teams, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performance environment.
- Develop and maintain high standards of guest service, including prompt resolution of guest issues.
- Manage operational budgets, labour productivity, and cost control to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with all hotel departments to create seamless guest journey experiences from arrival to departure.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality management in a hotel environment.
- Proven experience leading, developing and motivating teams and leaders
- Experience using hotel PMS with Opera highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable work approach.
