We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to take charge of our iconic La Madonna venue, working alongside our Food & Beverage Manager to deliver extraordinary guest experiences while leading a dynamic team to operational excellence. 

Role Overview: 

The Assistant Restaurant Manager is a leadership role focused on overseeing the daily operations of La Madonna. This is a hands-on position that requires a motivated, team-oriented professional passionate about hospitality and service excellence. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a proven track record in high-end dining environments, capable of inspiring teams and elevating guest experiences. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Team Leadership & Development: 

  1. Cultivate a positive, supportive, and inclusive team culture. 

  1. Mentor, train, and develop staff to uphold exceptional service standards. 

  1. Foster engagement and teamwork, ensuring all staff contribute to La Madonna’s success. 

  1. Operational Excellence: 

  1. Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring seamless service during peak times. 

  1. Manage table assignments, guest seating, and overall ambiance to deliver an unforgettable dining experience. 

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and resolve concerns. 

  1. Collaboration & Communication: 

  1. Partner with the Food & Beverage Manager to maintain stock levels and oversee supply ordering. 

  1. Ensure strong communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to streamline service. 

  1. Provide actionable feedback to improve processes and operations. 

  1. Stock & Floor Management: 

  1. Oversee stock rotation, conduct inventory checks, and support efficient stock management. 

  1. Ensure the venue’s cleanliness, presentation, and readiness for service at all times. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Proven leadership experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting. 

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Strong ability to manage high-pressure situations and balance multiple priorities. 

  • A passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
