We're looking for Bar Attendants, who are smart, considerate and passionate about delivering a fun and unique food and beverage offering! We're after fast-thinking, customer focused problem solvers that take pride in creating and delivering great customer experiences. 

What You'll Do:

  • You'll acknowledge our regular and loyalty members, being familiar with their benefits.
  • You'll take and deliver orders to our guests working cohesively with our kitchen department to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • You'll be responsible for serving alcohol as required by operations following legislation and best practice.
  • Most of all, you'll have fun delivering unique service that goes hand-in-hand with our service style.

What You'll Bring:

  • Ideally, you will have previous Food and Beverage experience.
  • You've got a good eye for detail – our processes are super important in helping us deliver a consistent guest experience.
  • Professional and personable, with a "roll up the sleeves", can do attitude.
  • You make calm, collected decisions – even when the clock is ticking.
  • You must meet the appropriate legal requirements to work in New Zealand.

At EVT Connect Hospitality, we achieve success by growing revenue above market, maximising assets, and driving business transformation through strong commercial leadership and collaboration. Position Overview: The Hotel Financial Controller (FC) is accountable for managing the daily financial and accounting operations for a portfolio of hotels across Australia and/or New Zealand. There are a total of 23 hotels (and growing), ranging from limited and mid-scale to luxury and lifestyle sectors. Depending on the complexity, an FC typically manages 3 to 8 hotels. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency, requiring a strong technology mindset and a focus on automating recurring tasks to streamline processes. The FC reports directly to the Vice President Hotel Finance and collaborates closely with the Accounts Payable (AP) Manager and the Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager to ensure seamless collections and payments for the designated hotels. Additionally, the FC works with the Offshore Delivery Team to ensure the accurate recording of daily transactional activities, such as revenue journals and bank reconciliations. The FC is focused on both the commercial side of the business as well as compliance and reporting. The FC will ensure the continued improvement of processes which will in turn deliver meaningful management reporting including accurate profit and loss, balance sheet integrity, surprise free audits, yearly budgeting process, monthly forecasting, working capital and cash control.
