As a Food and Beverage Attendant you will help in creating an exciting, innovative, and memorable dining experience for all guests whilst working with a well-rounded and highly motivated F&B team. You have a passion for all things hospitality and love making genuine human connections and contributing to awesome guest experiences. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Duty Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and exceptional experience while maintaining a professional and friendly presence at our outlets at all time.

What You’ll Do

  • Passion for all things food, wine and service.
  • Love & live the brand and be a great ambassador of voco hotels.
  • Greet & seat guests and patrons in a timely manner.
  • Set up and pack up function rooms ensuring guidelines are followed. 
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming dining area.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
  • Anticipate guests needs and desires and proactively and positively assist with special occasions and dietary requirements.
  • Adhere to all food & general safety & hygiene legislation and procedures.
  • Assist other departments as required. 

About You

  • Previous guest service experience preferred (hotel, concierge, or customer service roles advantageous)
  • Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physically capable of handling luggage and manual tasks
  • Reliable, well-presented, and punctual
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and public holidays
