The Business Development Manager – Meetings & Groups will drive revenue and performance across the Meetings & Groups segment by building strong client and partner relationships, generating demand, maximising sales opportunities and delivering commercial results. The role will execute sales plans, optimise pricing and conversion with Revenue Management, manage key accounts and pipelines, drive proactive sales activity, and maintain strong relationships across internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in Meetings & Events or a similar sales role, strong account management and communication skills, CRM experience, commercial curiosity, a customer-first mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-property environment. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will deliver warm and professional service across breakfast, bar, and dining areas while ensuring outlets are clean, well-presented, and running smoothly. You will create memorable guest experiences, assist with service setup, process transactions, maintain food safety and RSA standards, and support a positive team culture. Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills, flexibility to work varied shifts, and Australian working rights.
