Sage Hotel Ringwood is a modern and contemporary hotel featuring 120 rooms across five floors, located atop the Eastland shopping center in Ringwood. We offer our guests exceptional comfort and convenience, with top-notch amenities such as free Wi-Fi, co-working spaces, a gym, conferencing facilities, a restaurant (90 seats), a bar (55 seats), in-room dining, and event spaces for up to 200 guests.

We’re looking for passionate individuals to join our team as part of our Guest Services department.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently.

  • Monitor guest profiles and VIP status levels to ensure personalized service.

  • Welcome and assist VIP guests and groups.

  • Follow hotel processes and policies regarding cash handling, guest confidentiality, and hotel security.

  • Provide multi-skilled customer service, ensuring a seamless and excellent guest experience from start to finish.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in the hotel industry or a customer service role.

  • Proficiency in hotel management systems (Protel knowledge is desirable).

  • RSA certification.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
