About the role

Reporting to the Head of Reservations Services, you will be responsible for managing hotel inventory, rates, and distribution across multiple channels. You’ll ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance across all systems while working closely with revenue, sales, and hotel operations teams.
This is a hands-on, detail-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-led environment and enjoys solving complex distribution challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Manage rate loading, mapping, and parity across all distribution channels
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure consistency across systems (PMS, CRS, channel managers)
• Build and maintain rate codes, packages, promotions, and booking links
• Support end-to-end distribution processes within agreed service levels
• Conduct regular audits on rates, systems, and inventory discrepancies
• Analyse booking trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
• Identify revenue opportunities and support strategic decision-making
• Prepare reports and insights for the wider commercial team
• Ensure all channels display accurate, consistent, and compelling content
• Coordinate updates to hotel descriptions, images, and offers
• Maintain strong relationships with OTA, GDS, and distribution partners
• Troubleshoot distribution, rate, and availability issues
• Provide training and support to hotel teams on systems and tools
• Work closely with revenue, sales, and operations to drive performance
• Support system audits, mapping, and ongoing process improvements
• Maintain rate integrity and parity across OTA channels, identifying and resolving pricing discrepancies
• Monitor channel connectivity and availability, working with IT and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain real-time performance
• Produce reporting on distribution performance, including pace, pickup, and campaign tracking, providing insights to the Revenue and Commercial teams
• Conduct competitor rate checks to support market positioning and pricing alignment
• Identify and implement process improvements and system updates to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in hotel distribution, reservations, or revenue management.
• Proven ability to manage rate loading, inventory, and distribution across multiple channels with a high level of accuracy.
• In-depth knowledge of PMS, CRS, and channel management systems (e.g. Opera, SynXis, SiteMinder) and OTA/GDS platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
