Why We're Here

At Kimpton, we believe heartfelt human connections make people's lives better. Especially the people who work here.

Our founder, Bill Kimpton, challenged the idea of impersonal hospitality and created something different: a place where guests and team members could genuinely connect. That vision continues to inspire everything we do today.

Your work here has purpose. Every interaction, every smile, and every helping hand has the power to improve the lives of our guests, coworkers, owners, and communities. Together, we create unforgettable experiences and meaningful moments. It all starts with you.

How We're Different

Born in San Francisco in 1981, Kimpton has always done things a little differently. We celebrate individuality, creativity, and people who aren't afraid to bring their authentic selves to work.

We're looking for passionate team members who take initiative, embrace challenges, and genuinely care about making a difference. People who are dependable, driven, and excited to grow both personally and professionally.

When you join Kimpton, you're not just starting a job. You're becoming part of a team that supports one another, learns together, celebrates successes together, and grows together.

We're looking for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to grow with us.

You are:

  • Passionate about hospitality and creating meaningful human connections
  • Dependable, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional service
  • Positive, approachable, authentic, and solutions-focused
  • A strong team player who believes in supporting others and growing together
  • Motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile

  • Energetic, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Experienced in hospitality and meet the legal requirements to work in Australia

Why Join Us?
