Position Overview:
As the Senior Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience. You will lead the front desk team, manage guest relations, and ensure that all departments work together effectively. Your strong leadership skills and commitment to service excellence will be key to driving our hotel’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight:
    Manage daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. Supervise front desk activities and ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.

  • Guest Relations:
    Engage with guests to address concerns, handle complaints, and ensure satisfaction. Foster a welcoming environment and exceed guest expectations.

  • Team Leadership:
    Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service. Promote a positive work culture that encourages collaboration and professional growth.

  • Crisis Management:
    Respond effectively to emergencies and unexpected situations, ensuring guest and staff safety. Implement solutions quickly and efficiently.

  • Reporting and Administration:
    Prepare and review reports related to hotel operations, occupancy rates, and guest feedback. Assist in budgeting and financial planning.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, RMS).
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
