About the Role

As a Cook, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Working closely with the kitchen team, you’ll help prepare and present high-quality dishes, contribute to a positive team culture, and ensure all food safety standards are met.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare and cook meals to high standards, following recipes and presentation guidelines

• Support kitchen leadership in daily operations, including food preparation and service

• Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with food safety standards

• Respond to guest requests with flexibility and a can-do attitude, offering alternatives where needed

• Attend team briefings and training sessions to stay up to date on new techniques and menu changes

• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve service and product quality

• Follow all workplace health & safety, fire, and emergency procedures

• Maintain professional conduct and communication with both guests and team members

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a similar cook or kitchen assistant role preferred

• A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Enthusiasm for food and a desire to create great guest experiences

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• A commitment to safety, cleanliness, and quality

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
