In this key leadership role, you’ll support the day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every guest. From driving front office performance to mentoring team members and supporting compliance with brand standards, you’ll be the go-to person on shift and a role model for service excellence.
What you’ll do:
- Lead front office operations and support other departments to deliver seamless service.
- Act as the key contact for guest relations and issue resolution.
- Oversee daily financial controls, rostering, and compliance with internal audits.
- Coach and develop team members to maintain a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Ensure the hotel remains compliant with safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
- Act as Emergency Response Coordinator and support WH&S requirements.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a hotel leadership or supervisory role, ideally within the Front Office.
- A hands-on leader with a can-do attitude and strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hotel systems (PMS) and a good understanding of revenue, cost control, and rostering.
- Ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
