This is an operational leadership role where you will be visible on the floor, working alongside your team to deliver seamless lunch, dinner and room service experiences. Weekend work is essential as part of the management roster.

About the Role

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day food and beverage operation. You’ll lead by example, creating a positive team culture while ensuring high standards of service, compliance and commercial performance.

You will be responsible for driving efficiency, consistency and guest satisfaction across all service periods, while developing your team and maintaining a safe, well-run operation.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and develop the Food & Beverage team to deliver professional, warm, and consistent service

· Hands-on leadership of lunch, dinner and room service operations

· Actively work weekends and peak trading periods

· Monitor financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and cost controls

· Implement and maintain food and beverage procedures and operational standards

· Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times

· Coach and mentor staff to build skills, confidence, and career progression

· Maintain high product and service knowledge to enhance guest experiences

· Proactively handle guest feedback and resolve issues

About You

· Proven leadership experience in a hotel, restaurant, or bar food and beverage setting

· Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams

· A natural leader who enjoys being hands-on and guest-focused

· Available to work weekends and public holidays

· Financially astute with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and cost control

· Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences

· Strong communication and team-building skills

· Experience in hotel or high-volume hospitality environments

· Knowledge of food safety compliance and cost control

What’s In It For You

· Make your mark in a global company at a time of growth

· Access to global accommodation and dining discounts from day 1

· Endless career development opportunities

If you’re a hands-on leader passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and driving operational excellence, we’d love to hear from you.
