About the Role

As Duty Manager, you’ll create a positive and productive work environment, ensuring superior guest service while guiding the front office team to meet brand standards and operational excellence. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping a dynamic and engaged team, driving both guest satisfaction and team performance.

  • Passionate about guest experience and creating memorable moments
  • Knowledgeable about Melbourne and eager to foster local storytelling and discovery
  • Take pride in your personal appearance and grooming

Skills & Experience

  • Experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Duty Manager
  • Background in luxury or lifestyle brand hotels is preferred
  • Tech-savvy with experience in MS Office and Property Management Systems like Opera
  • Eligible to work in Australia
