The Role:
As the Events Coordinator for Kimpton Margot Sydney, you will support the Restaurants & Bars Department in achieving revenue and profit targets. Reporting to the Director of Restaurants & Bars, you will handle administrative and coordination tasks while providing exemplary customer service and fostering collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Sales & Marketing databases and maintain accurate records of profiles and quotes.
  • Coordinate financial systems, including purchase orders, invoicing, and travel management.
  • Assist with competitor analysis, mystery shopping, and updating the team on industry initiatives.
  • Support the Business Development team in responding to client inquiries and preparing event proposals.
  • Contribute to the seamless delivery of guest events, promotions, and VIP services.
  • Ensure timely and professional responses to all client inquiries and requests.
  • Support the Director of Restaurants & Bars in reporting, briefings, and team development.

Guest Experience:

  • Assist with VIP services, site inspections, and special events.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing requests promptly and professionally.
  • Help coordinate team activities and assist in hosting site inspections.
