Position Overview:
Holiday Inn Express Adelaide City Centre, featuring 245 rooms, is seeking enthusiastic Express Agents to embody our Service Style, Mission Made Easy. Our approach is rooted in three core Service Behaviours:

About You:
We are looking for individuals who are:

• Passionate with a friendly and approachable personality.

• Eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.

• Dedicated to delivering positive, memorable guest experiences.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.

• Flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Experienced with front office operations and proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS).

• Willing to obtain Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
