As a Food & Beverage Duty Manager, you will lead the daily operations of our F&B outlets and conferencing spaces, ensuring high service standards, strong team performance, and exceptional guest experiences.  You will be a hands-on leader who sets the tone on the floor, supports team development, and ensures smooth and efficient operations across all service periods.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day Food & Beverage operations across restaurant, bar, and conferencing spaces
• Act as Manager on Duty when required, ensuring smooth hotel operations
• Supervise, train, and support the F&B team to deliver consistent service standards
• Ensure all service behaviours and brand standards are followed at all times
• Oversee rostering, staffing levels, and daily team readiness
• Manage guest feedback and resolve service issues quickly and professionally
• Drive upselling opportunities to maximise revenue across F&B and events
• Support conferencing and events including set-up, service delivery, and client liaison
• Assist with stock control, ordering, inventory, and cost management
• Ensure compliance with RSA, food safety, WH&S, and licensing requirements
• Support accurate billing, cash handling, and end-of-day reporting
• Work closely with the Head Chef and wider hotel leadership team
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor during peak service periods

About You

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Duty Manager, F&B Supervisor, or similar role in a hotel or hospitality environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team
• Solid understanding of Food & Beverage operations, cost control, and guest service standards
• Confident handling guest complaints and operational challenges
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• LCQ Qualification preferred but not mandatory
