Position Overview

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will deliver high-quality service across the hotel’s dining and beverage outlets, ensuring guests receive a welcoming and memorable experience. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Duty Manager, you will work closely with the kitchen and wider team to maintain service standards, prepare and serve food and beverages, and ensure compliance with brand and RSA requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver friendly, efficient, and high-quality food and beverage service
• Greet and engage guests, creating a warm and welcoming environment
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure accurate billing and cashiering
• Upsell menu items and promote hotel food and beverage offerings
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant, bar, and service areas
• Support breakfast, events, and conference service as required
• Monitor stock levels and report wastage or discrepancies
• Follow all RSA, HACCP, WH&S, and brand service standards
• Assist in preparing service areas and completing shift handovers
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve minor issues or escalate when needed

About You

• Previous customer service or food & beverage experience preferred
• Barista skills an advantage
• RSA (LCQ) certification required or willingness to obtain
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and public holidays
