About the Role

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service delivery across all dining operations. You'll oversee daily restaurant and bar activities, mentor team members, and drive operational excellence, all while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise F&B operations to deliver outstanding service across the restaurant, bar, and event spaces.
• Support the Food & Beverage Manager in achieving financial targets through accurate recording of sales, stock control, and efficient rostering.
• Implement and monitor upselling and service initiatives that drive guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with RSA standards and uphold workplace health & safety procedures.
• Maintain an inviting, functional, and clean environment in both front and back-of-house areas.
• Train and support new team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.

• Previous experience in a similar F&B leadership or supervisory role.
• A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of WHS practices, RSA compliance, and POS systems.
