Your Role:

As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will:

• Lead with Passion: Oversee a talented front-of-house team, ensuring every service is executed flawlessly and every guest feels like a VIP.
• Craft Memorable Experiences: Design and deliver personalized interactions that leave a lasting impression, encouraging guests to return time and time again.
• Drive Innovation: Collaborate closely with the Restaurant and Bars Manager to create exciting new offerings and enhance our dining atmosphere.
• Foster Relationships: Build strong connections with our guests that transform first-time visitors into loyal fans.

What You Bring:

• Experience and Energy: At least 2 years in a senior hospitality role, along with a contagious enthusiasm for creating exceptional experiences.
• Communication Skills: Your ability to engage with guests and team members will set you apart.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays—because great experiences happen anytime!
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, guest reservation systems, and POS systems.
• RSA Certification: A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certification is essential.
