The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Hotel Manager to lead the short- and long-term planning and day-to-day operations of our hotel. You’re hands-on, team-centric, and thrive on mentoring others. You enjoy analysing P&L statements, mastering new systems, and getting a thrill out of breaking targets.

This is a fixed-term role covering February 2026 to February 2027.

Reporting to the Portfolio General Manager, , you will drive occupancy, revenue growth, and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team across all hotel departments.
• Maximise occupancy and revenue while maintaining outstanding guest experiences.
• Analyse financial performance, manage expenses, payroll, and productivity forecasts.
• Present monthly reports and implement strategies to achieve budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the hotel, stepping in to assist wherever needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years in a senior Hotel leadership role, ideally in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Strategic, analytical thinker with a collaborative approach.
• High energy, passion, and a positive outlook in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, make sound decisions under pressure, and problem-solve effectively.
• Experience managing budgets, payroll, and financial reporting.
