As a Outlets Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, leading multiple teams across the hotel’s outlets and ensuring guests enjoy seamless, exceptional experiences. You’ll combine operational expertise, financial awareness, and people leadership to elevate our venue’s performance and create moments our guests won’t forget.

What You’ll Do 

• Lead and inspire a multi-departmental team across bars, dining outlets, and event spaces.
• Oversee daily venue operations, ensuring service excellence, quality standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage financial outcomes, including budgets, cost controls, and revenue optimisation.
• Develop, coach, and mentor team members to grow their skills and engagement.
• Plan and execute venue promotions, events, and special experiences in collaboration with hotel leadership.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and legal requirements across the venue.
• Analyse guest feedback and operational data to continually improve service and revenue performance.

About You

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality, ideally managing multiple outlets or a venue.
• Strong operational and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, payroll, and costs.
• Exceptional people management skills, able to inspire, coach, and retain talent.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident communicator, building strong relationships across teams and with guests.
