About the Role
As our People & Culture Coordinator, you’ll help our team thrive, laugh, and love where they work. This gig is perfect if you’re a HR generalist who’s craving variety, fast-paced action, and is passionate about supporting people.
This is a fixed term contract, for 6 or 12 months.
You’ll:
- Act as the go-to person for all things People & Culture, always ready with a smile and a solution.
- Deliver smooth, seamless admin support to keep our crew and hotel operations humming.
- Roll out the red carpet for our new starters and create memorable first impressions.
- Keep everyone engaged and inspired, championing team initiatives, whether it be Diversity and Inclusion events, or hotel milestones – there’s always a reason to celebrate!
- Live and breathe our core values of commitment, integrity, transparency, and trust, and spread good vibes every day.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum one year’s experience in HR/People & Culture (extra points for hospitality experience!).
- Know your way around the Hospitality Industry (General) Award (HIGA).
- Superstar administrative skills – we’re talking tech savvy, and an ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
