Don’t just function, flourish. With EVT Connect Hospitality. The EVT Connect Hospitality team can be relied on for best-in-class insights into how to drive performance for the brand; from local talent development and operations, to driving market leading revenue strategies for third-party loyalty programs, distribution and brand standards.

About the role
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Revenue Analyst to join our Revenue team. This role supports the Revenue Manager in optimising revenue, pricing, and inventory across our hotel operations. You will analyse market trends, monitor competitor activity, and provide actionable insights to drive profitability. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hospitality experience, and a collaborative approach to work with multiple hotel departments.

What you’ll be doing

  • Analyse hotel performance data, including occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR, and produce reports to support decision-making.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for revenue improvement.
  • Support pricing, inventory management, and group allocation strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to align revenue strategies.
  • Monitor channel performance and provide recommendations to optimise market share.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and contribute to budget planning.
  • Assist with revenue audits, rate loading, and other initiatives to maximise profitability.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with company procedures and systems.

What we’re looking for

  • 3–5 years in hospitality, ideally in revenue management or analytical roles, with knowledge of Australian & NZ market dynamics preferred.
  • RMS/PMS/channel systems proficiency plus advanced Excel; strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication and time management; able to work independently; full working rights in Australia.

Benefits

  • Make your mark in a global company at a time of growth
  • Access to global accommodation and dining discounts from day 1
  • Endless career development opportunities

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company and a group of hotels that are looking to redefine service excellence by ensuring the guest experience is at the heart of all we do. We strongly believe in developing our own colleagues and promoting from within, so the opportunities are boundless for those that are passionate and deliver. If you are ready to be part of this growing group, then we would love to hear from you!
