We’re looking for Kitchen and Stores Assistants, who are efficient and take pride in their work. We’re after self-confessed perfectionists that love structure and order. In this role communication is key – you’ll be a brilliant communicator with the drive and passion to drive an excellent Food and Beverage offering!

This is a rostered position working mornings, evenings, and weekends. $25 - $26 per hours, minimum 30 hours per week.

What You'll do

• You’ve got a good eye for detail – our processes are super important in helping us deliver a consistent guest experience.
• You’ll assist with the receiving and unpacking of goods and placing them in the designated stores.
• You'll track purchase orders, collect, date, and sign delivery dockets and mark all received goods in our purchasing system.
• You'll be responsible for the cleanliness of the storerooms.
• You’ll handle all glassware, silverware, crockery, pots, pans and buffet display ware with care and store in a neat and tidy manner
• You’ll respond quickly and attentively to guest requests and needs, ensuring that our guests have a great experience every time
• You'll assist our Chefs with prep and other tasks as required as we train you to be able to move up in the team and learn cooking skills.
• Health and Safety is a priority for us, so you will be versed in the current Food Safety and Hygiene policy
