Position: Front Office All-Rounder

  • Experience with PMS systems (like Opera) is a bonus, but don’t worry—training will be provided!

Accounts Receivable Officer

EVT Connect Hospitality is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to support a growing portfolio of 23 hotels across Australia and New Zealand, ranging from mid-scale properties to luxury and lifestyle brands. Working closely with the Accounts Receivable Manager, the role focuses on managing end-to-end AR processes, including credit approvals, billing, collections, aging reports, dispute resolution, sub-ledger maintenance, month-end activities, and bank reconciliation follow-ups. The position also supports reporting and analytics, system and process improvements, compliance requirements, and fostering a collaborative team culture. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role, strong collections and bookkeeping knowledge, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and experience with systems such as Opera, SUN, NetSuite, and Excel.
